Return and Refund Policy

SHARADEX always aims to make sure our customers love our products. If you’re not satisfied with products you purchased from us, we allow customers to apply for a return or refund, exchange within 30 days after the receipt of the goods.

Our policy lasts 30 days (within 30 days from the date you’ve received all your items). If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unused, undamaged, and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the products are in their original status.

Return Procedures:

Step 1:

After receiving the package, if customers have any problems (for example, the product is damaged, incorrect, or they are not satisfied with the product), please contact our customer service via email: SUPPORT@SHARADEX.COM for a return/exchange.

 

Step 2:

Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 1-2 working days (3-5 days will be added during the vacations). After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will inform you of the return details, including the return address, by email or phone.

 

Step 3:

Please return the product to the return address we provided you.

 

The buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee and any other applicable fees if there is no quality issue with our products. The specific fee should be based on the logistics company you choose. The product you return must be new and unopened.

If, due to our reasons, the items are damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we will cover the shipping fee. (We can prepay the freight, or after Customer ship, they send us a return shipping receipt, and we will pay it.)

Note: Please tell us the tracking number via email: SUPPORT@SHARADEX.COM after you return the package. We highly recommend that you ship your returning package using a trackable shipping method to guarantee that we can receive your package. We’re not responsible for the loss of returning packages. And please ship out your returned package within the next 3 days after getting our authorization email. Or else your package will be rejected, which will influence your refund. Thanks for your understanding.
